Systemic Coaching

When I was starting out as a professional musician, I wish I had had access to someone who could help me sort through the problems I was facing back then. My purpose now as a coach is to help young (or older) musicians discover their potential, build confidence, and find their unique path in music.

Do any of these questions apply to you these days?

– How do I stay true to yourself when dealing with the challenges of the industry I’m in?

– How do I recognize which opportunities are good for me, and which ones aren’t?

– How can I stay focussed and driven?

– How can I better navigate fear and doubt?

– Why do I always end up in the same type of situation? I want to break this cycle

– I feel like I’m stuck and not moving forward like I want to

Testimonials

A little bit about me:

When I discovered systemic coaching and how effective it can be, I was immediately struck by the reality that it was somthing I didn’t have access to when I was starting out as a musician 25 years ago. And when I look back at all the mistakes I have made and the moments when I felt overwhelmed, lost, or discouraged, I now know how much it could have helped me get back on my feet again with more clarity and purpose.

And so that is why I am now a qualified systemic coach: because I want to offer a service to young musicians, or anybody for that fact, that can help them through those moments when we feel the blurriness of our vision is more prominent than the clarity.

I became a qualfied Systemic Coach after completing my training at the Artop Institute (Humboldt University) here in Berlin. I can skillfully accompany you on an exploratory process that at its core is conversational, empathetic, and safe. By looking at any issues or questions you might have, my goal is to help trigger insights and help you come up with possible strategies to deal with them. I intentionally don’t have any “inspirational” wall quotes, or flowery academic-sounding phrases, or complex descriptions to explain what I do here because it’s not about promoting myself. It’s about creating a safe space for you in which you can explore.

I can coach in English, French, and when necessary in German (I have a C1 level of understanding and a B2 level of speaking).

Please feel free to click on one of the three options above (Coaching/Music Advice/Mentor Program) if you want some more information.

If you’re seriously thinking about coaching, I encourage you to simply reach out and contact me. We can have a free introductory consultation of 20 minutes to see if this is the right direction for you.

I look forward to getting to know you!
